First concepts usually land within 12 hours of an approved brief. A full identity with guidelines typically takes around one week, depending on how quickly feedback comes back.
Yes. Ownership of the final design transfers to you upon final payment. Exactly which files you receive is set out in your quote and service agreement before any work begins.
A short, detailed brief covering what you sell, who buys it, your services, products and any other information relevant to the project. Examples of designs, styles or references you like — or strongly dislike — are also helpful. I may ask additional questions as the project progresses to make sure the final result is heading in the right direction.
Yes. Kalós Creations works with clients both inside and outside of South Africa.
For smaller projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. Once the project is completed, the remaining 50% is payable before the final files are handed over and the project is signed off. For larger projects, a 70% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 30% payable upon completion and before final files are handed over and the project is signed off.
